Privacy Policy

This explains what we collect through godigitalconsulting.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short and plain, because a privacy policy nobody can read protects nobody.

1. What we collect

• Contact & enquiry forms — your name, phone number, email, company and whatever you write in the message.
• The Growth Scan — the website address you ask us to scan, and the email address you give to unlock the full report. The scan itself only reads publicly available information about that website.
• The chat assistant — what you type, plus the contact details you choose to share.
• Purchases — handled by our payment provider. We receive your name, email and order details. We never see or store your card details.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type and pages viewed, used for security, spam prevention and analytics.

2. Why we use it

• To reply to you and assess whether we're a fit for your project.
• To deliver anything you've purchased and support you afterwards.
• To send your scan results and, occasionally, insights we think are worth reading — you can opt out at any time.
• To keep the site secure and to understand how it's used so we can improve it.

3. What we never do

We do not sell your personal information. We don't trade, rent or share your details with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Who we share it with

Only where it's needed to run the business: our own CRM and internal systems, the bank or payment provider used to collect a payment, and standard analytics providers. Each processes data on our behalf under their own terms.

5. How we protect it

Submissions are protected with server-side validation, rate limiting, spam filtering and secure storage. Access to personal data is restricted to people who need it to do their job. We hold ourselves to the same standards we sell — but no system is absolutely secure, and we won't pretend otherwise.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiry and client records are kept for as long as we have a working relationship and a reasonable period afterwards for legal and accounting purposes. Scan results are kept so we can show you progress over time. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email hello@godigitalconsulting.com and we'll action it. We handle personal data in line with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to make the site work, and analytics cookies to understand traffic. You can block cookies in your browser; some parts of the site may then behave differently.
